Hillsboro's Butcher CAA #1 Batter in July Thursday, August 1st , 2052 Samuel Butcher may be much younger than other hitters in the CBD Double A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Hillsboro left fielder hit .381 with 6 home runs, 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This year, Butcher has hit at a .331 clip with 71 RBIs, 17 home runs and 57 runs scored. |
