Kinsale Moves on to Round 3 Friday, October 6th , 2051 In an exciting Round 2 that had its fair share of drama and intrigue, perhaps it is CBD Triple A fans who have come out the winner. But on the field, the winners were the Kinsale Fisherman, who edged the Memphis BBQ 4-3 to advance to the Round 3. Kinsale won the final game by a 1-0 count to wrap up the series. Joe Claeys earned series MVP honors, by hitting .259 with a .355 on-base percentage. He had 5 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Kinsale Fisherman will play against the Portland Pickles in the next round. Portland won their series against the Thousand Oaks Rabbits 4 games to 2.
