Pickles Heading to Round 3 Thursday, October 5th , 2051 The dream of raising a championship banner in Portland took a big step forward today. The Portland Pickles have won the Round 2, eliminating the Thousand Oaks Rabbits to advance to the Round 3. Portland won the final game 5-3 and the series 4-2. Wilfredo Hall was named series MVP for a huge performance. He hit .308 with a .357 on-base percentage. He drove in 7 RBI, had 2 home runs and scored 5 runs. The Portland Pickles don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Memphis BBQ - Kinsale Fisherman series. Kinsale leads the series 3 games to 2.
