Torrid September Gets Sims CAAA #1 Batter Trophy Friday, October 1st , 2049 Even though he is a newcomer to CBD Triple A, Dan Sims put up some good numbers in September and earned the CAAA Batter of the Month award. He was one of Philadelphia's offensive leaders with a .346 average in 14 games. He also racked up 5 home runs, 14 RBIs, and 10 runs scored. This season, Sims has posted a batting average of .276 with 113 hits in 410 at-bats, 19 home runs and 68 RBIs. He has also scored 77 runs, walked 67 times and compiled a .382 OBP. |
