CAAA Pitcher of the Month Goes to Romero Saturday, June 1st , 2052 When Miguel Romero takes the hill, he's a good bet to nail down the victory for the Eugene Exploding Whales. At least that's the way it was in May. He excelled with a 5-1 mark and 2.49 ERA in 6 starts. In 43.1 innings, he fanned 18 and walked 18. That's why he was honored today as the Pitcher of the Month by the CBD Triple A. This year, Romero has fanned 28 in 58.2 innings and collected a 6-2 record with a 2.61 ERA. |
