This Week's Star Player is Estrada Monday, August 7th , 2051 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the CBD Triple A, but last week Tony Estrada of the Portland Pickles reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Estrada rocked opposing pitching for a .632 average (12-for-19), 1 home run and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. This year, Estrada is hitting .331 with 116 hits, 15 home runs, 51 RBIs and has scored 54 runs. |
