Jimenez Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Phoenix Sunday, August 8th , 2049 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Phoenix Palisades as starter Antonio Jimenez shut them out, 4-0, at Sweeties Ballpark. The Sarasota pitcher struck out 6 and walked 1 while allowing 4 hits. "Jimenez was good but he wasn't flawless," Phoenix manager Tim Unger said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Sarasota, but this is on us."
