Hits Galore: Sayles Drills 5 Hits Friday, July 30th , 2049 Rochester third baseman Alex Sayles put on quite a show at Ballpark of Rochester with a big 5-hit day in his team's 9-5 victory over the Philadelphia Avalanche. "Not a bad day at the plate, 5-for-5," he said in the postgame interview. "Wish I could do this more often. It would do wonders for my batting average, and my salary, too." Alex Sayles hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th.
