Fisherman Won't Get Playoff Berth Thursday, September 5th , 2047 It wasn't meant to be for the Kinsale Fisherman this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Fisherman starting pitcher Fedya Dar'in. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." Before this season, the Fisherman had made the playoffs 15 times in a row. In the 23 years they have been a CBD Triple A franchise, they have made the playoffs 15 times.
