Philadelphia RP Ronnie MacLean Injured Friday, May 10th , 2052 A blow for Ronnie MacLean today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 12-13 months with a torn rotator cuff. MacLean suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Philadelphia Avalanche are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about MacLean's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this season, MacLean has 4 saves in 12 relief appearances with a 1-1 record and 3.24 ERA. |
