Thomas went 5-for-5 in the game at Saigon Ballpark, but his team still came out on the wrong end of the score. "I feel bad for Matt -- that's not how any of us wanted things to turn out," said Nephi manager Pedro Martinez. "The Tigers were on their game today." Matt Thomas singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
