Espinal Extends Hit Streak to 25 Games Sunday, June 13th , 2049 The Ho Chi Minh City Tigers stopped the Rochester River Sharks, 1-0, and Fernando Espinal collected a base hit yet again. The Ho Chi Minh City right fielder finished with 1 hit to run his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25. "I want to get a hit every time up," a visibly excited Espinal told reporters after the contest. "I want to get a hit every game I play. Right now, I feel like I could take this streak to 100 games."
