Free-for-All Costs Apodaca and Negrete 5-Game Suspensions Thursday, May 27th , 2049 The two main figures in yesterday's brawl at Tigers Ballpark have been suspended for 5 games each. That action was taken today by the league commissioner's office and will take effect immediately. The suspended players are Adrian Apodaca of the Detroit Tigers and Efrain Negrete of the Ho Chi Minh City Tigers. On the year, Apodaca is hitting .285 with 47 hits, 3 home runs, 13 RBIs, .312 OBP and has scored 22 runs. So far this year, Negrete is hitting .353 with 2 home runs. |
