Plummer and Crockett Suspended for Free-for-All Friday, May 14th , 2049 Jeremy Plummer of the Reno Copper Kings and Nate Crockett of the Kinsale Fisherman will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 6 and 12 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Copper Kings-Fisherman game at Blue Raiders Ballpark. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Plummer and Crockett will begin serving them soon. Posting a .183 batting average to date, Plummer has 3 home runs and 12 RBIs. This year, Crockett has a 3-2 record with a 3.22 ERA. |
