Gudino's Season Could be Over Thursday, May 6th , 2049 The season is finished for Rogelio Gudino of the Thousand Oaks Rabbits. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Rabbits starting pitcher suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Nephi Threshers. Team doctors said it would take at least 12 months to heal. Up to now Gudino has compiled an ERA of 3.19 with a 2-1 mark over 5 starts. He has 28 strikeouts in 36.2 innings and has held opponents to a .257 batting average. |
