River Sharks Blank Sarasota, Burkart Winner Tuesday, April 25th , 2051 Rick Burkart kept the Sarasota Sweeties hitters from doing much damage at Ballpark of Rochester. Sarasota could only muster 3 hits and draw 1 walk against the left-handed Burkart, who controlled them throughout the game. Rochester won the contest, 8-0. Burkart added 7 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Burkart told reporters after the shutout win.
