Reno on Top of Division 2 Saturday, September 14th , 2052 Reno Copper Kings fans have reason to celebrate today, as their franchise is the class of the Division 2. With their record standing at 74-70, the club officially wrapped up the division title today, for the 5th time. Manager Ben Doutrich said everyone on their roster is looking forward to the postseason and trying to capture the club's 1st championship. "That's what you dream about your whole life," Doutrich said. Reliever Paul Stone added that it's a great feeling to win the division, but said ultimately, a Round 3 victory is what will mark success for the club. |
