Portland Pickles Guaranteed Top Spot in Division 1 Thursday, August 29th , 2052 Portland Pickles fans are walking a little prouder today after their team officially clinched the Division 1. "There's no reason to believe we can't win it all," center fielder Justin Hickson said bluntly. "Whether or not we're favorites, we can definitely do what it takes to bring the Round 3 home to Portland." The division crown is the 13th for the Pickles. The club will be looking for its 5th Round 3 victory. Team manager Bryce DeMont said "preparation and focus" will be key to bring home the championship. |
