Cook Picked #1 Rookie This Year Tuesday, December 8th , 2048 Ron Cook of the Arizona Desert Storm won the Rookie of the Year Award quite simply by mowing down his opponents. He took the best rookie honor with a 14-9 record and a 3.82 ERA. Cook made 34 starts, struck out 215 in 219 innings, surrendered 223 hits and walked 65 this season. Nate Edmondson of the St. Louis Archies finished second in voting, while Shuhei Ouchi of the St. Louis Archies finished third. |
