Best FL Reliever Named Tuesday, December 8th , 2048 The Reliever of the Year Award goes to the Federation League reliever who put forward the strongest season. This season, that player was George Wilson of the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs, who was above all his peers in 2048. "I just feel like the ball was doing what I wanted it to this year and I was in command most nights out there," he said. "Some days you don't have your best stuff, but I didn't have too many of those days this year." On the season, Wilson pitched 119.1 innings, with 111 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.87. He also had 6 saves in 50 relief appearances. Jason Derrick of the St. Louis Archies finished second in voting, while Julio Martinez of the St. Louis Archies finished third. |
