Brooklyn Advances to World Series Friday, October 21st , 2050 The Brooklyn Knights and Yellowstone Super Volcano didn't hold back anything in the League Championship, with each team pulling out all the stops in an effort to advance to the World Series. Brooklyn won the final game by a score of 5-3 at Brooklyn Coliseum and that concluded the series, 4-3. "Relief is the biggest thing," Brooklyn right fielder Esteban Gonzalez said when asked how he felt. "It's a grind both mentally and physically to have a long series like this, but our guys stuck with it and Yellowstone deserves credit for the hard fight." Gonzalez paced the Brooklyn offence and earned MVP honors. For the series, he hit .312 with a .312 on-base percentage, 4 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Brooklyn Knights will play against the St. Louis Archies in the next round. St. Louis won their series against the Kyiv Cossacks 4 games to 2.
