Porters Heading to League Championship Monday, October 11th , 2049 With a narrow 3-2 series win, the Dublin Porters have eliminated the Arizona Desert Storm and are Divisional Series winners. "We tried not to look ahead to the League Championship, but we thought we'd be there for sure," said catcher Noel Graeve, who was named series MVP. Dublin won the final game by a score of 9-3, wrapping it up at Desert Storm Stadium. Graeve's big series saw him hit .350 with a .458 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Dublin Porters don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs - St. Louis Archies series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
