AL's #1 Batter Chosen Sunday, October 1st , 2051 Sam Gleghorn, the Buffalo left fielder, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .387 batting average with 29 hits, 9 home runs, 24 RBIs and scored 22 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Alliance League Batter of the Month honors for September.
