AL Choice for Batter of the Month is Engels Friday, October 1st , 2049 Jason Engels, the Havana right fielder, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .363 batting average with 33 hits, 7 home runs, 32 RBIs and scored 21 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Alliance League Batter of the Month honors for September.
