FL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, September 27th , 2049 When it came to hitting the baseball, Hugo Cabrera was in a class by himself in the Federation League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Sudbury tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 homers, 6 runs scored and 3 RBIs. This season, Cabrera is batting .348 with 72 RBIs, 87 runs scored and 25 home runs. |
