Week's Top Performer Honored by AL Monday, September 20th , 2049 Not every ball that came off Curtis Howland's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Detroit Pizzas. For his exploits, Howland was named this week's Alliance League Player of the Week award.
