Spradley Wins AL Player of the Week Trophy Monday, September 18th , 2051 Not every ball that came off Luke Spradley's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Portland Beavers. For his exploits, Spradley was named this week's Alliance League Player of the Week award. The Portland left fielder put up 11 hits in 18 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .611 with 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
