FL's Best Player Selected, It's Bitzer Saturday, December 14th , 2047 It's been a year of triumph for veteran Mike Bitzer of the Kyiv Cossacks as he hit his way to the 2047 Federation League Most Valuable Player Award. The 33-year-old veteran compiled a .326 average and .415 on-base percentage by putting together 194 hits, 55 doubles, 2 triples, 16 home runs and 88 walks. He also scored 126 times and drove in 80 runs. Sam Clark of the Memphis Chicks finished second in voting, while Josh Deere of the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs finished third. |
