Gleghorn Selected AL Player of the Week Monday, September 4th , 2051 It was an exceptional week for Sam Gleghorn of the Buffalo Buffalo. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .474 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the Alliance League. Last week Gleghorn went 9-for-19, notched 4 home runs and 11 RBIs and scored 8 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. This year, Gleghorn is batting .312 with 26 home runs and 86 RBIs. In 119 games he has scored 76 times. |
