Brooklyn's Deere Acclaimed Best AL Hitter Friday, September 1st , 2051 Josh Deere has been the model of consistency over the past month and has been a tough out, claiming the Alliance League Batter of the Month trophy for August. The Brooklyn designated hitter hit .389 with 11 home runs, 32 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He was also walked 12 times and posted a .481 on-base percentage. To date, Deere has collected 113 hits for a .294 average. He has posted 31 home runs, scored 67 runs and driven in 92 runs. |
