Cossacks William Suffers Setback Wednesday, August 30th , 2051 Kelvin William, first baseman for the Kyiv Cossacks, was making great progress in healing a torn anterior cruciate ligament according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Kelvin was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 9-10 months before he will be able to rejoin the club." Kelvin William is expected to undergo surgery in Unknown tomorrow. For the season, William has produced 52 hits in 197 at-bats for a .264 average with 14 home runs and gotten on base at a .384 clip. |
