The Havana Sugar Kings starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Brooklyn Knights and will not play again this year according to club doctors. McKinney was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months.
