Citti Blanks Hanoi, 7-0 Tuesday, July 2nd , 2052 In a remarkable performance, Brooklyn Knights starter Tullio Citti beat the Hanoi Dragon Warriors, 7-0, in an impressive 1-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Knights hurler finished with 14 strikeouts and no walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. "It was a rough one for my guys," Hanoi manager GM Patman said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was." To date this season, Citti has registered 16 starts, 7-5 won-lost mark, 3.90 ERA, 108.1 IP, 111 strikeouts and 20 walks. Opposing teams have hit .263 against him.
