Los Angeles's Tevebaugh to Miss 8 Months Wednesday, June 26th , 2052 Dave Tevebaugh of the Kings just might have to call it quits for the season. The 27-year-old Los Angeles reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Brooklyn Knights recently at Sportsman's Park. Tevebaugh suffered radial nerve compression while throwing a pitch. The Kings medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 8 months. This season, Tevebaugh has made 18 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-0 won-lost mark and a 3.52 ERA. In pitching 30.2 innings, he has totaled 32 strikeouts and 6 walks. |
