Los Angeles Silences Brooklyn, 8-0 Monday, June 24th , 2052 In a remarkable performance, Los Angeles Kings starter Steve Wilkerson beat the Brooklyn Knights, 8-0, in an impressive 3-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Kings hurler finished with 9 strikeouts and 2 walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. "It was a rough one for my guys," Brooklyn manager Enoch Tang said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
