Powers's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Sunday, September 18th , 2050 Kyiv got some bad news today concerning starting pitcher Mark Powers. He is recovering from back spasms. Club doctors have extended his time of return to 1-2 weeks, saying his injury has not responded well to treatment. It is worse than they first diagnosed. His record this season is 10-7 in 29 starts and Powers has a 5.13 ERA. |
