Buffalo Jimmy Miller to Miss Year Saturday, August 27th , 2050 Jimmy Miller of the Buffalo just might have to call it quits for the season. The 24-year-old Buffalo reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Detroit Pizzas recently at The Greenhouse. Miller suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch. The Buffalo medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 6 months. For the year, Miller has collected 3 saves in 13 relief appearances. He has also notched 143 strikeouts and 50 walks in 153.2 innings while registering a 3.98 ERA and a 8-7 won-lost record. |
