Noah Powell Records 500th Save, Tames Sudbury, 6-3 Saturday, June 1st , 2052 Noah Powell of the Buffalo Buffalo pitched his way into the exclusive 500-save club today at The Greenhouse by saving the 6-3 victory over the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs. In his historic outing, he surrendered no runs and 1 hit in 1 innings. "Yeah, it can be a stressful job sometimes," the 38-year-old Powell told reporters after the game. "But there's a thrill that comes with being out there in a big situation every time. Hopefully I can close out a few more before I call it a career."
