Kyiv First Baseman May's Top Rookie Saturday, June 1st , 2052 Youngster Victor Dotel emerged as the latest Federation League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Kyiv deserved the honor, batting .296 with 4 home runs and 18 RBI. Is the month of May a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Dotel enjoy the limelight. Dotel currently has a .314 batting average with 66 hits, 8 homers, 34 RBIs, 36 runs scored and a .377 OBP. |
