DePue Sparkles in 9-0 Blanking of Los Angeles Tuesday, August 25th , 2048 Glenn DePue of the Buffalo Buffalo was on fire against the Los Angeles Kings at The Greenhouse. He shut them out, 9-0, on 3 hits, collecting 10 strikeouts and allowing 1 walk. "The first two pitches I'm looking for an out, a ground ball or a fly ball," DePue said later. "I'm trying to get quick outs. I've never been a big believer in trying to strike a guy out from the very first pitch. It's too easy to end up behind in the count doing that."
