League Takes Action, Ressler Suspended Tuesday, July 5th , 2050 Adrian Ressler of the Detroit Pizzas has been suspended 4 games by the league for his prolonged argument with the home plate umpire during the game with Yellowstone at Pizzas Ballpark. The 25-year-old second baseman angrily protested being called out on strikes and wouldn't leave the field after his ejection. It took two coaches and his manager to physically remove the hostile Ressler from the field. This season, Ressler is batting at a .237 clip with 12 home runs and 41 RBIs. |
