Juan Redondo, the Osaka Takoyaki 24-year-old second baseman, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Federation League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 11 hits in 23 at-bats, compiling a .478 average with 5 home runs and 13 RBIs. So far this year, Redondo has 14 home runs and a .301 batting average. |
