Sugar Kings Tae Lost for Year Monday, August 9th , 2049 Kwan-wuk Tae of the Sugar Kings just might have to call it quits for the season. The 38-year-old Havana starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Memphis Chicks recently at Russwood Park. Tae suffered a ruptured bicep tendon while throwing a pitch. The Sugar Kings medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 6 months. So far this season, Tae has a 7-9 record with a 4.72 ERA. |
