St. Louis's Cifelli Hammers #300 Thursday, July 6th , 2051 At Ballpark of Honolulu Brian Cifelli smashed his 300th career home run in a game against Waikiki today. The 30-year-old first baseman had a hand in the St. Louis Archies 8-6 victory with 2 home runs and 5 RBI. For the day he went 3 hits-4 at-bats. At the press conference after the game, Cifelli downplayed his achievement. "To reach 300 home runs is amazing and something I'll always cherish. I've been fortunate to remain healthy and play at a high level through most of my career." Cifelli has a career .280 batting average and .364 on-base percentage.
