Great June Gets Kanzaki FL Best Hitter Award Saturday, July 1st , 2051 Kenichi Kanzaki made many Arizona Desert Storm fans happy in June. That's because the veteran 36-year-old left fielder torched opposing pitchers and has won the Federation League Batter of the Month award. Kanzaki batted .362, hit 10 home runs, drove in 20 runs, scored 21 times and compiled a .485 on-base percentage. Kanzaki has collected 63 hits for the Desert Storm this year, 22 of them home runs. He has also netted 41 RBIs and scored 47 runs while batting .313. |
