Brymer Snares AL Top Batter Award in June Saturday, July 1st , 2051 Byron Brymer, the Detroit catcher, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .410 batting average with 34 hits, 10 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 21 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Alliance League Batter of the Month honors for June. In this current campaign Brymer is hitting at a .337 clip with 16 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
