FL Trophy Goes to Marshall of Arizona Monday, May 13th , 2052 Jay Marshall is respected by most Arizona Scorpions fans for his no-frills style of play. The 29-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Federation League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .407 average (11-for-27) with 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. To date Marshall has chalked up a .295 average with 5 home runs, driven in 18 runs and scored 20 times. |
