AL's Best Player Named Monday, June 19th , 2051 A red-hot bat made Josh George the obvious choice for this week's Alliance League Player of the Week. The Yellowstone right fielder laid down some numbers that no one else could match, including a .545 average on 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs, 4 RBIs, and 6 runs scored. Say no more ... he got the award. So far this season, George has put up a .276 batting average with 50 hits, 8 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
