Detroit's Howland Sidelined for Season Monday, August 26th , 2047 The Detroit Pizzas were dealt a blow today when right fielder Curtis Howland left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Howland has suffered a broken kneecap and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. So far this season, Howland has hit .309 with 23 home runs, 70 RBIs and scored 66 times. |
