Arizona's King to Retire Tuesday, May 30th , 2051 Evan King said it was an easy decision to announce that this will be his last year of professional baseball. "I'm 42 years old," the Arizona Desert Storm reliever said. "Some of the guys in the clubhouse are young enough to be my son. It's time to go before I start getting white hairs." King has a career spanning 1073 appearances. He has earned 307 saves and posted 1504 strikeouts in 1261 innings. His record is 91-87 and he has a 3.11 ERA. |
